| The DLC Floating Tapehead has been developed
to be fitted easily into the lift shaft. The unit also
has a large amount of float in the guides to
compensate for tape plumbness. |

| The new Encoder System which has been
developed to replace the tapehead system on
low and higher speed lifts utilises an absolute
encoder to determine where the lift is to the
nearest 0.5mm. The system utilises a toothed
belt, specially developed for fixing on the car or
within the shaft, and covered with a special
coating to ensure its quiet operation. The fixing
kit has been designed for quick installation and
belt replacement using a special clip assembly.
The unit is provided
as a standalone unit
but can also
be plugged directly
into the Efinity
microprocessor. |
