| As specialists in the manufacture and
production of lift control systems, we
have to ensure the safe transportation
of people and goods every single day.
Reliability of the key safety components
of each lift system is of paramount
importance to Digital Lift Controls. Our
staff are acutely aware of their role in
delivering a consistently high-quality
product. |

| Every stage of the production is checked and
monitored with each employee’s work being
inspected and recorded and each operation
having a signature and date for traceability.
At present all production is in-house which allows
us to react quickly to demand and keep lead
times short – We have surface mount pasting,
pick-and-place and reflow ovens to complement
our dedicated, motivated workforce. |

| Development is carried out in our factory in
Daventry, Northamptonshire in the U.K. All
products are specific to the lift industry and many
incorporate requirements suggested by our clients
– but this has not stopped us incorporating many
enhancing features gained by our own vast
experience of the industry. |

| Our in-house test facility ensures each product
reaches you only after passing a stringent
testing procedure. The control system has to
pass at least a 72 point test and has a ‘double’
safety test where every safety item is checked by
two members of the test department. |
